Customer Relations Representatives (press option 1) are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
Technical Service Representatives (press option 2) are available to answer your technical questions about Digene instrumentation and assays from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday. A callback service is offered from 6:00pm to midnight Monday through Friday and 8:00am to midnight on Saturday.
